The ACC is responsible for ensuring all homes within New Towne Village maintain a visually appealing and consistent look throughout the neighborhood while complying with all applicable Bylaws and CCR requirements but still allowing for homeowners to add some personalization to their homes. They review all ACC applications from homeowners to verify that the request meets these requirements and , if not, they work with the homeowner on ways to accomplish their goal and meet compliance.
Download the request form using the button above and complete the relevant sections. Make sure to provide all required documentation and supplemental information. If this information is missing it will delay your approval as the ACC Committee will have to request this information from you.
Submit the request form and supplemental information on the Braesael web under the Account Information > ACC Requests menu section.
We ask for 30 days to review your application to allow the committee members times to review. Once you receive your written approval letter you may then begin work.
Please note that work may not begin on any lot until you receive written approval to do so. If you complete any unapproved work found to be in violation you will be required to remove all work (at owner expense) that was done and resubmit a new ACC form. So please work with the ACC committee first before starting any work.
